Appointments
We have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. Once we receive your request, we will contact you to confirm the dates and times that we have available at our office. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible. There may be a charge for broken appointments.
Insurance
Our office accepts a variety of different insurance carriers, including Teamsters, General Motors, Buffalo Teachers Federation, Aetna, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, Dental Pay, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Independent Health, Univera, MetLife, Nova, plus many more. Please call our office and our staff will help determine your dental benefit as estimated by your insurance carrier. Payments for procedures not covered by insurance are payable to our office upon treatment.
Payments
Payment for services rendered is due at the time of treatment. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also offer Interest-Free Financing for qualified individuals through a third-party financing company. Please contact us for additional information.
Our Office
Our beautiful new office located in the Losson Union Professional Center provides a pleasant environment for both our patients and staff. The building is handicap accessible and provides convenient, free parking.
Reception Room
Welcome! Our receptionist is available to schedule your appointments, check you in or answer any questions that you may have. Patients along with other family members can make themselves comfortable in the reception area. For your convenience there are magazines and brochures.
Treatment area
The treatment area is an open concept with semi-partitioned areas to ensure your privacy. The spacious design allows our patients to relax in the pleasant surroundings and provides an efficient working environment for the dental professionals.
X- Ray
The X- ray area is located within the treatment area. We will take necessary x-rays and photographs that are important in planning your treatment.
Sterilization Area
Our sterilization area is located within the treatment area. It meets and exceeds OSHA and the Center for Disease Control guidelines. All instruments are steam autoclaved.
On-site Lab
Our office is equipped with a lab, so we can offer our patients immediate denture adjustments, repairs and relines.
